We're excited to introduce our new Client Loyalty Program, designed to reward you for your activity and commitment. The program features a tiered ranking system where you can earn points and unlock valuable rewards, helping you on your trading journey.
Program Overview
The Client Loyalty Program is a comprehensive reward system created to motivate and reward our clients for their trading activity, deposits, and platform engagement. As you accumulate points, you progress through different achievement levels, with each new level unlocking special rewards and benefits.
How to Earn Points
You can earn loyalty points through three primary activities:
1. Deposits
- Earning Rate: 1 point for every $15 deposited
- Calculation:
Points = Total Deposit Amount ÷ 15 - Instant Credit: Points awarded immediately upon successful deposit
- All Deposits Count: All deposit methods contribute to point accumulation
2. Daily Login
- Earning Rate: 1 point for each daily login
- Claim Process: Points can be claimed from the trader's cabinet via a popup notification when you log in for the first time each day
- Time Reset: Daily login resets at midnight server time
- One-time Daily: Only one login point awarded per 24-hour period
3. Trading Activity
- Earning Rate: 10 points for every lot traded
- Minimum Duration: Trades must last for more than 30 minutes to qualify
- Calculation:
Points = Total Lots × 10 - All Instruments: Applies to all trading instruments and symbols
- Real-time Award: Points awarded immediately after trade meets duration requirement
