Create an Emergency Deposit

Applies to: Clients with Emergency Deposit access

This guide explains how customers can request emergency funds when they meet specific conditions and need immediate trading capital.

Accessing Emergency Deposit

  1. Log in to your Client Portal
  2. Navigate to Funds → Emergency Deposit from the main menu
  3. You will see your current Emergency Deposit status and history

Prerequisites and Conditions

Before creating an Emergency Deposit, you must meet these conditions:

Mandatory Requirements

  • Initial Deposit Made: You must have made at least one successful deposit
  • Margin Level Below 150%: Your current margin level must be less than 150%
  • Emergency Deposit Access: The feature must be enabled for your account by administrators

Calculation Requirements

Steps to Create Emergency Deposit

1. Initiate New Request

  1. Click the Create button in the Emergency Deposit section
  2. The system will validate your eligibility automatically

2. Select Account and Amount

  1. Choose the trading account for the emergency deposit
  2. Enter the amount you require
  3. The system will show:
    • Your maximum allowable amount
    • Current account balance
    • Calculated base value

3. Review and Submit

  1. Verify all details are correct
  2. Read and accept the terms and conditions
  3. Click Submit to activate the Emergency Deposit

What Happens After Activation

Immediate Effects

  • Balance Updated: Your account balance increases immediately
  • ED Table Updated: The emergency deposit appears in your history
  • Time Count Starts: 72-hour repayment timer begins

Transaction Restrictions Applied

  • Account to Account Transfers: Restricted
  • Account to Wallet Transfers: Restricted
  • Withdrawals: Restricted
  • Trading: Allowed (using the emergency funds)

Important Notes

  • Time Limit: You have 72 hours to repay the emergency deposit
  • Partial Payments: You can make partial payments during the 72-hour period
  • Automatic Settlement: If not repaid in 72 hours, the system will automatically recover funds with a 20% fine
  • Trading Responsibility: You are responsible for any trading losses using emergency funds
